Reception 3rd December 2021

Date: 3rd Dec 2021 @ 8:18am

This week in Reception we have been on a frosty walk to our school pond, spotting all the different signs of Winter. We found lots of frozen icicles on the trees and we were drawing marks in the snow.

We have been learning all about different materials in literacy, investigating which need recycling and which do not. We have enjoyed learning about different ways to help our planet.

We had a special visitor on Tuesday, he was a bulider and we asked him lots of question about how he helps people around him.

In French, we recapped the body parts and did the hokey cokey in French. We enjoyed the story of Grand Monstre Vert.
In Science: We looked at the importance of washing our hands to stay healthy and keep the germs at bay.
