This week we learnt the ck, e and u sounds.

Drawing Club

This week in Drawing Club we read the story 'What’s in the Witches Kitchen'.

We made our own potions.

Maths

This week we visited Number 5’s Garden.

RE

We learnt about Diwali and the festival of lights. We made our own Rangoli patterns.

Understanding the World and Expressive Art and Design

We learnt about Bonfire Night and Remembrance Day this week. We made printed firework pictures and collaged poppies.

Physical Development

This week we practised throwing and catching.

Forest School

We discussed how the weather is getting colder and how it will become more difficult for birds to find food.

We made some bird feeders by threading cheerios onto pipe cleaners. We then hung the feeders on trees in our nature area.
