Phonics

This week we learnt the sounds o, c, k.

Drawing Club

This week in Drawing Club we read the story  Funnybones. We designed our own skeleton pet and our own spooky house.

Maths

This week we visited Number 4’s Garden.

We built and compared towers made with 4 cubes. 

RE

We talked about being welcomed to the Church's family - a Baptism.

We went to church to visit Father Michael and he Baptised our class baby.

Expressive Art and Design

We created some observational drawings.

Understanding the World

We learnt the human body and named different parts. i.e. shoulder, leg, arm, backbone.

Physical Development

We practised throwing beanbags into hoops and took part in running games.
