Counting - Practise counting in 1s from any given number. 

Challenge – count in ones from 123 to 150.

English

In our learning this week we wrote about our Christmas holidays. We also explored text for adjectives, verbs and extended sentences. 

Maths

We have been learning how to find fractions of objects using different methods.

R.E.

In RE we started our new topic of Thanksgiving. We wrote a lovely prayer to God thanking him for all he has done for us. We listened to scripture about the ‘Last Supper’. We wrote about the last supper and explained what the bread and wine symbolises.

Art

In our Art learning we started our new topic about being an architect. We explored various buildings around the world and sketched the details of what we could see.

Forest School 

We went for a walk up to the pond to see what changes we could spot. 

We also made bubble wands out of willow and showed great perseverance when blowing bubbles.
