We have been carrying out research about the Victorian times to help us understand the novel.

We started our new topic all about our mission and life choices. We started by learning about inspirational people. We watched this video all about Thomas Barnardo and spoke about what made him inspirational.
History
We continued with our learning about Anglo-Saxons. We learnt that Britain used to be split into seven kingdoms each with its own king and government. We located these kingdoms on a map.
