Thank you so much for all your support over the last six weeks, we have loved getting to know everyone and we cannot wait for September!
Don't forget to make your 'Treasure Box' over the holidays and bring it with you during the first week of school.
We would like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone who came along to our stay and play :)
Have a great summer holidays.

This week we split into our Key Worker Groups with Mrs Stone and Mrs Robinson.
We all shared our 'All About Me' posters in a lovely circle time session.
Our story this week was 'We're going on a bear hunt'
The children had tomatoes for snack today.
Next week: We have our 'Stay and Play' - If the parents let the children come in by themselves first, we will have our short meeting and then Mrs Stone will bring you across to the classroom.

This week we got to watch the whole school perform their 'Dance from the Heart' dance.
We then came back into our classroom from more choosing time, the children enjoyed playing in our new beach and camping role play areas.
Our story this week was 'Giraffes Can't Dance' - We all had a go at the gummy bear dance together.
The children had tomatoes for snack today.
Next week: We will be splitting into our Key Worker Groups for circle time to share our 'All About Me' posters and to get to know each other even better.

Today we went on a little walk to see where the playground is and where we will be having our dinner when we start in September.
We met Mrs Speight - she is the cook who will make all our dinners for us. We then had more fun in the classroom making bear masks and playing in our outdoor area.
We read the story 'Goldilocks and The Three Bears' and sang lots of different counting songs.
The children had tomatoes for snack today.
Next week: We are going to watch the whole school perform their 'Dance From the Heart' dance on the playground.

This week we explored our outdoor area in small groups. The children enjoyed jumping, climbing, balancing and digging and so much more.
All the little owls remembered how to sit beautifully on the carpet and had great listening ears for the register and storytime.
We read the story 'The Gingerbread Man' and sang lots of different nursery ryhmes.
The children had oranges for snack today.
Next week: We will be taking the children on a walk around to school to explore where they will be eating their dinner and playing at playtimes.

WOW! We are amazed at how well every single one of you came into school this morning.
Everyone had a great time exploring the classroom and having a go at the different activities.
We read the story 'Owl Babies' and sang lots of different nursery ryhmes.
The children had banana for snack today.
Reminders: If you have not returned your 'All About Me' poster please send it in next week, along with your permission slips for photos on the website and the pond.
We can't wait to see everyone again next week :)
