Year 5/6 Athletics County Finals

Class: Year 5 Year: 2022 - 2023

The Athletics team, on the 14th March, headed off to Blackpool for their third tournament of the year. They were against the top 14 teams of Lancashire with both track and field events being competed on throughout the afternoon. After a tough three hours of competing, and a tense countdown from 15th to 1st, we found out that St Oswald's had been awarded 1st place in Lancashire! An amazing achievement that could not have done without everyone giving it their all - congratulations Athletics team!
