Year 6- Forest School-Hammers

Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Year 6 Year: 2023 - 2024

One group built obstacle courses and demonstrated them to the rest of the class. The other group, learnt how to use hammers safely. They learnt how to safely hammer nails into a piece of wood then wrap wool around them to make a work of art. The children were very inventive and creative.We also used the Kelly kettle to boil water for some delicious hot chocolate.
