Year 6 World War I trip

Class: Year 6 Year: 2021 - 2022

Following our History topic of World War One, Year 6 took a trip to the Museum of Lancashire where we met two sergeants who trained us all day. We learnt how the war started, had trench training, rifle training and plenty of drills. It was hard work but we all learnt a great deal of respect for what the soldiers had to endure in those days.
